Supporting
movies and film clips The
films are an integral part of the course. They show in detail many of
the phenomena that are discussed in class. They are required outside viewing and
are listed in the The
Quarter Schedule Table. Film clips, which are parts of the films at
the center and other material, are shown in class, but without the
sound. Questions
about the films will appear on the midterms and final. The films should
be view during week of lecture on the subject. The films have been
transferred to video format and are maintained by the Instructional
Media Center of the University Technology Services. The Center is in
located in Room 11 Lord Hall. In class, parts of the films and others
will be used extensively during the lectures. There is
a list of the Fluid Mechanics
Committee films. |
