We welcome speakers, presenters, and other individuals to come share at our meetings. We love to include alumni who can share their personal experiences. Company recruiters are our typical presenters. They come to meetings to share the career opportunities available at their companies with our students. These presentations are excellent opportunities for recruiters to meet students in a more social environment. This can give recruiters an upper-hand over the normal career fairs in which competition for student attention is tough. It also narrows down the student base by presenting only Chemical Engineering majors and not students from other disciplines.

The opportunity for other varieties of presenters is enormous and is in high demand. Although we always enjoy having company company recruiters a variety is always best. Some of the other speakers we have had have been Dr. Rathman who has spoken about graduate school and Rosemary Hill came to present a career workshop.
