Becoming a member in AIChE is easy. Just
fill out a membership form found on the AIChE bulletin board on the second floor
in Koffolt. Then submit your form including your membership fee to Ibrahima
Ndoye the department Fiscal Officer his office is in 125A. Please make out
all membership checks payable to AIChE.
Membership is very beneficial. It provides you the opportunity to participate in
events and activities. These events and activities will be an integral part of
learning about the field of Chemical Engineering. In addition all members receive
discounted prices on all material sponsered by AIChE. Moreover, being a member
here at OSU also means your a member with the national AIChE
.
A one time, per year, fee of $15 covers silver national membership plus local or
$25 covers gold national membership plus local. All of this helps us to obtain some
of the absolutely necessary funding for events. Acceptable forms of payment
include cash and check. Make checks payable to AIChE - Ohio State.
Return payment and forms to any of our officers. Payment and forms are accepted
at any time.
