Logging in to your department account On the PC's in rooms 132 and 134 when you walk up a floating screen saver window will ask you to "Hit ctrl-alt-del to log in." When you do this a log in window comes up and you should type your department username "CE_lastname" in the box for username and your password in the password box (You will be given an initial password then will be prompted to change it the first time you log in). Then you should move the mouse to the bottom of the screen and a pop-up menu will appear (Windows NT tool bar). Hit the START button, then choose Programs / Network / ECR6 Terminal. This second login will allow you to print to the printers in the computer lab. Be aware that the system is constantly being updated and improved. There have been some recent difficulties with logins as a result. Please be patient and see me or a TA if you have problems.
